Return/ claim and refund

Return

If you do not like the products or if the size does not fit, you have the possibility to send them back to us within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

To ensure a smooth returns process, please follow the steps below:

  1. For the environment, use the delivered box to send back the ordered goods. Ensure that the item and the box are not damaged, and pack fragile items adequately. Check that the package is properly and tightly closed.
  2. Fill out the return slip: Enter the number of items being returned. Place the return slip in the package. You will find the returns slip here.
  3. Make sure that your package is properly and securely sealed before submitting it.
  4. Go to a local parcel service provider and buy a return label. We do not provide a return label. Send the items back to us.

Claim

"Do you want to complain about a product?

Sometimes items may have defects or be faulty. In this case, you can of course return the item to us, and we will file a complaint with the respective manufacturer. Depending on your preference, you will receive a credit voucher for the amount or we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. If your complaint is within the 30-day return period, use our return process on the left hand side.

If your purchase is outside the 30-day return period, you can find here the description of how to file a complaint about an item with us. Put this Document in the Parcel and follow the instructions of the returns process on the left hand side.

 

Refund

Now it's our turn!

We will check the validity of your return or complaint. In the case of a valid return, we will refund the purchase price immediately. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Average refund processing time by payment method:

Credit card: 2-3 business days

PayPal: 2-5 business days

Google Pay: 2-5 business days

Klarna: 2-3 business days

             

Please note that in exceptional cases, the refund may take up to 14 days, depending on the payment service provider. However, you can rely on receiving your money. During this time, you don’t need to take any further action.
