Up to 1,400 highest quality multifilaments with best playing characteristics are bundled and impregnated and compacted in a special process. Resistant fibers in the string cover effectively protect against abrasion. The final plasma treatment, heat setting and pre-stretching ensure good tension maintenance and constant playing characteristics.
