Ready for the red sand
Nike Claybreaker technology provides improved traction and less sand build-up on clay courts. The added grip in the forefoot and midfoot provides control during sliding with a wide traction pattern. We used traction maps, pressure maps and analysed sand build-up areas for the design. Then we tested it on red clay courts across Europe in a variety of clay court conditions (cold, warm, wet and dry).
Low cut for high speeds
This design sits lower on the court for an incredibly lightweight feel during quick movements and explosive changes of direction.
Springy feel
A Zoom Air element in the forefoot provides cushioning on the approach, helping you reach the laser on the baseline or suddenly approach the net. The cushioned midsole provides support without adding unnecessary weight. The elastic liner wraps around your foot for a sock-like fit.
