- Easy returns processing: If you don't like or fit the item, we will process the return for you and help you find an alternative.
- Additional pickup location: Are you not at home but pass by one of our stores on a daily basis? Then pick up the goods conveniently in the store during our opening hours.

How does it work?
- In the check-out process of our web shop, select one of our stores as the delivery address.
- You will be informed by email when your package is ready to be picked up in the store.
- Unpack the items you have ordered, try them on and, if necessary, let our staff advise you.
- If necessary, you can process the return directly in our store. Our team will also be happy to advise you on finding an alternative product.
